From Vermont Interstate 89

  • Exit 11.
  • If you came from the North, turn Left at the end of ramp then Right onto Route 117- also known as River Rd.
  • If you came from the South, turn right at the end of the ramp, then another quick right onto Route 117- also known as River Rd.
  • Travel about 5.25 miles to Sand Hill Road - turn right. (Just beyond Sand Hill Road is a dark red barn, you may notice the barn before the sign for the road.)
  • About a mile up the road (just as hill starts to level out) on the right you will see our marble sign for The Offset House.
  • Turn right into our driveway, following it toward the right.
  • Guest parking and reception will be on the left.
